Consumers are now spending more time using mobile apps than browsing online. We spend an average of 81 minutes a day using our apps and only 74 minutes surfing the web on our phones. This growth in app use can be attributed to the fact that tablets and smart phone shipments surpassed desktop and laptop shipments for the first time ever.
